2. Services

We provide an all-inclusive website package which includes custom website design, development, high-speed hosting, security (SSL), maintenance, and ongoing technical support as detailed on our Site.

• Design & Build: We will design and build a custom website based on our consultation with you. A one-time setup fee is required for our monthly plan, which covers this initial build. The setup fee is waived for our annual plan.
• Hosting & Maintenance: We provide secure hosting and ongoing maintenance to ensure your website remains online, secure, and up-to-date. This is covered by the recurring monthly or annual fee.
• Updates: Your plan includes a specified number of hours for content updates per month. Requests for updates should be submitted via email. Unused hours do not roll over.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Our services are offered on a subscription basis.

• Monthly Plan: A one-time setup fee is charged at the beginning of the project. The recurring monthly subscription fee is billed every month thereafter.
• Annual Plan: The setup fee is waived. The subscription is billed as one payment for a 12-month period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period.

4. Ownership

• Domain Name: You retain 100% ownership of your domain name. We can manage it on your behalf, but it remains your property.
• Website Files: Upon cancellation of your service, we will package all website files and source code and deliver them to you so you can migrate to another hosting provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourWebsiteBuilders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
