What does "from £89" actually mean?

It is an honest "from", not a hook. The website part is fixed. What moves the price is how much work the software does for you, and we quote it before anything starts.

£89 a month
Everything in the core plan, plus online booking that drops into your calendar, confirmation emails and reminders. The salon example on our examples page is this.
£129 a month
The above plus customer logins, a record of every job or appointment, and a simple dashboard showing you the numbers that matter.
£180 and up
Something specific to how your business actually runs: quoting, stock, multi-staff diaries, payments. This is where we stop guessing and price the real job.

If your idea does not fit any of these, say so on the phone and we will tell you a number. We would rather lose twenty minutes than sell you the wrong thing.

The honest comparison

Why we do not build on WordPress templates.

Most cheap websites are built on WordPress, using a bought template and a stack of add-ons called plugins. Think of plugins as little bolt-on programs, each written by someone else, each needing to be kept up to date. A typical site runs thirty or forty of them.

It all works on day one. The trouble starts every day after that, and it is usually your trouble. Here is the same site, built our way and the usual way.

We watch it. Your site is monitored continuously. If anything so much as blinks, we are on it, usually before anyone else has noticed.

We change it. New prices, a new team photo, an extra service page: email us and it is live within two working days, at no extra cost.

We answer. You get a direct line to the person who built your site. No ticket numbers, no offshore queue, no "have you tried turning it off and on again".

If we get it wrong

You should not have to take our word for it.

We are new. We would be asking you to hand over your web presence on the strength of a website and a phone call, which is not much. So we have taken the risk off you and put it on us instead.

    You pay nothing up front

    No deposit, no setup fee, nothing. We design and build your site first, and you see the real thing rather than a sketch.

    You only start paying when you say yes

    If you do not like what we have made and we cannot put it right, you walk away owing us nothing at all. We will have done the work for free, and that is our problem, not yours.

    Thirty days to change your mind

    Once you are live, you still get a month to decide it was not for you. Tell us and we refund every payment. No notice period, no exit fee, no awkward conversation.

  4. 04

    Your domain was never ours to hold

    It is registered in your name from day one. If you leave, you take it with you and point it wherever you like. You never have to ask us for permission to go.
